Working as a team, with colleagues, to complete manufacturing tasks in a timely manner whilst ensuring the quality of the product and the safety of yourself and co-workers is not compromised.

Main duties: To complete tasks on the manufacturing plant including adding materials to vessels, monitoring plant activities (e.g. the bead mills), disposing of material packaging correctly and cleaning plant equipment under supervision.

Hours: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday-Friday. Some weekend work required. During peak seasons shifts can change to 6am-6pm/6pm-6am 4days on 4days off. Shifts pattern may change often due to the nature of contract manufacturing work.

Other Aspects: This is a physically intenstive role. Confined space entry may be required.

Remuneration:

• Competative basic salary based on experience
• Bonus of 4% of basic salary paid in December (pro-rata and after successful completion of probation period)
• Auto-enrolment pension.
• 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing by 0.4 weeks after 2 full years service
